Our 4223F polyurethane conformal coating is a heat-curing, one-part product that provides an excellent scratch and chemical-resistant finish, meeting UL 94-V0 standards. It is free of xylene and other hazardous air pollutants, making it ideal for chemically challenging environments. The 4223F urethane protects electric circuits against aggressive chemicals, moisture, dirt, dust, thermal shocks, and scratches, thus preventing corrosion and physical damage to electric components. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges, allowing for traces to be placed closer together.

Acrylic

419D is a 1-part acrylic conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 10 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 419D creates a robust moisture barrier protecting printed circuit boards in humid environments. It effectively shields against moisture, corrosion, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high voltage arcing, and static discharge. Premium Acrylic 419E is a 1-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. 419E provides a strong defense against moisture, corrosion, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharges. Silicone 422C is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 10 minutes, suitable for applications requiring high service temperature and flexibility. It protects extensively against moisture, corrosion, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

4223F is a 1-part, heat-curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset polyurethane conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible, scratch-resistant, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes, curing in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). Urethane Acrylate 4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating specifically designed for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low-viscosity coating with high fluorescence after curing for easy inspection, resulting in a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating leverages a secondary moisture cure mechanism for shadowed area cures, making it a cost-effective choice for large volume projects requiring fast turnaround and high throughput applications, effectively safeguarding circuits from humidity, corrosion, dust, thermal shock, and high voltage arcing.
